Boost continues to offer classes for soccer athletes! We offer 5 levels of progressive training in 6, 12 or 20 session packages. Focus on foot speed, proper mechanics of acceleration, change of direction, as well as deceleration. Lower body strengthening with all the latest techniques and equipment. Ultimate core strength and flexibility training to maximize your performance on the field.

BOOST SOCCER EVENTS:
B.E.S.T. & Boost Winter Training Program
B.E.S.T. and Boost have combined their abilities for the ultimate soccer performance summer training program. The program consist of two, 45 minute training sessions per week for 8 weeks. Each week athletes work 45 minutes with Boost on soccer specific speed and agility exercises and the other 45 minutes with B.E.S.T. further advancing their soccer techniques.
B.E.S.T. Training Curriculum
Skills -The focus will be on fast footwork, advanced foot skills, and creative play with the ball
Attacking & Finishing - Learn how to attack the ball in the air, proper heading technique, ball placement, and shooting technique
Juggling- Players will be using different parts of the body, juggling patterns, and tricks
Weak Foot Training- Training will focus on dribbling, passing, and shooting with the weak foot
Mini-Balls- Players will train with a size 1 to maximize their potential while being challenged
