Focus on foot speed, proper mechanics of acceleration, change of direction, as well as deceleration. Lower body strengthening with all the latest techniques and equipment. B.E.S.T. & Boost Summer Training Program
Sign up before May 1st and save $15 off of registration!
B.E.S.T. and Boost have combined their abilities for the ultimate soccer performance summer training program. The program consist of two, 45 minute training sessions per week for 9 weeks. Each week athletes work 45 minutes with Boost on soccer specific speed and agility exercises and the other 45 minutes with B.E.S.T. further advancing their soccer techniques.
