At Boost Physical Therapy and Sports Performance, we understand the importance of team cohesion and collective improvement in sports performance. That’s why we offer specialized team training programs tailored to the unique needs and goals of your athletic group.

Reserve the facility to yourself in a team setting for a private session in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere with one of our skilled sports performance coaches taking the reins and programming anything from off-season conditioning, weight training, rotational power, or even in-season restorative input and corrective mobility to keep you and your team at the top of your game! 

Group Classes

Broken out to the following demographics (Middle School, High School, and College)

Semi-Private group training led by one or multiple of our skilled sport performance coaches. Training ranges from SAQ (speed, agility, and quickness) drills, plyometrics for vertical and broad jump training, metabolic conditioning, and weightlifting for increased muscle mass.

Training groups typically range from 6-10 athletes

Adult Fitness classes

Small group training where the focus is on full body training led by our skilled sports performance coaches. Classes incorporate: High intensity interval training, Circuit style training, weightlifting, and cardio challenges! Easy for beginners and progressions to challenge even the most fit adult athletes!

1 hour classes

1:1 Athlete and Personal training

Work one-on-one with one of our skilled sport performance coaches to help you reach your goals with a perfectly designed plan and scheduled around your busy day-to-day lives!

1-hour sessions (can also offer 90 minutes at a prorated amount)
